Privacy notice
For the Killsat email list. Last updated 29 October 2026.
Who runs the list
Boundary Stone Studios, the developer of Killsat. Questions and requests: support@killsatgame.com.
What is stored
When you sign up on killsatgame.com, four things are stored:
- your email address;
- the date and time you signed up;
- the wording of the box you ticked;
- a random code that makes your personal unsubscribe link.
Nothing else is collected through the form.
What it is used for
Only to email you about Killsat: when its Steam page is up and when the game releases. The address is not sold or shared for anyone else’s marketing.
Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box (Article 6(1)(a) of the EU and UK GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time, which stops further emails.
Where it is kept
In a database run by Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this site and processes the data on the developer’s behalf. Cloudflare may store it outside your country, including in the United States. When an email goes out, your address is passed to the service that sends it, for that purpose only.
How long
Until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion. The whole list is deleted once it is no longer used for Killsat news.
Your choices
- Every email has an unsubscribe link. Using it deletes your address from the list.
- Email support@killsatgame.com to see, correct or delete what is stored about you.
- In the EU or UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
The list is not meant for anyone under 16.
